BMPSP aims to help all athletes MAXIMIZE THEIR FULL POTENTIAL through a variety of training sessions.

INDIVIDUALS
Individual sessions provide a personalized training program designed to provide 1-on-1 attention focusing on areas of weakness not only in general athleticism but also skill specific movements.
$35 per session
GROUPS
Small group training is all-inclusive focusing on each area of athletic performance - strength, flexibility, speed, power, endurance, agility and sport-specific skills. Various groups are offered throughout the week categorized by sport, specific positions, and/or age.

The speed development training program is for athletes of all sports who want to get quicker, faster and stronger. Speed is a fine motor skill that can be increased various drills of proper posture, arm action, foot strike, sprint stance and coordination
